ABIA STATE: IKPEAZU TO BE IMPEACHED, IKUKU TO TAKE OVER AS GOVERNOR SOON

We ask our readers to go back to all our reports prior to the elections and thereafter, deduce that all our predictions before the elections came to pass.

Before the elections, we got intelligence information that Governor T.A. Orji (Ochendo) and the family had appointed Okezie Ikpeazu as the Governor of the state with the then speaker as Deputy Governor, that Cosmos Ndukwe was to be the Deputy Speaker, While Chinedu Orji (Ikuku), the then Governor’s son was to be the Speaker of the House.

Massive state resources were put in place to ensure the emergence of these people as they were all sworn to the same oath.
Martin Azubuike was never supposed to be a legislator. The Ibeku cabal had chosen someone other than him as they did not want any person to rank above Ikuku from Abia Central. That was why PDP candidates from Abia Central were all supposed to be new members.

The strong showing of APGA in the election, where it legitimately almost won all the seats in the house put a spanner to their works. Martin Azubuike was supposed to be sacrificed. It was alleged that he actually lost the elections but due to the controversy surrounding the election of Ochendo, he had to be saved.

To avoid controversy, and to quench the suspicion of Ngwa people, Martin was elected as speaker under an agreement that he will resign after a year. Power got into him and he refused despite all entreaties to resign the position. Hence, his recent impeachment. The excuses of financial issues are only smoke screen. Our intelligence information which has turned out to be authentic is that Okezie Ikpeazu will be eventually impeached.

When we reported that the speaker will be impeached, people didn’t believe us. We gave the time frame. Has it not happened? We were also informed that Bishop Kennedy will be a stop gap speaker. Curiously, he was forced to resign less than 24 hours after his election as the speaker. Another unknown Ikuku’s boy has now been sworn in. Bishop Kennedy refused to do the usual fetish things which is the order of the day, that was why he was forced to resign. Would it surprise anybody that someone that contested elections and won, will within 24 hours resign the same position. Well, it is part of the agenda to make sure that all Ngwa assembly men will have tasted power. The new speaker will resign by the 20th of January 2017 to pave way for the emergence of Ikuku as the speaker.

The plan is that the newly elected speaker will on the agreed date submit his letter of resignation to the clerk and to avoid vacuum. Ikuku will then be elected speaker by simple majority. While, you need 2/3 majority to impeach the speaker, you need a simple majority to elect a new one. The Ngwa honorable members having all being speakers, it will now be left for Ikuku as the only PDP member for the position.

Thereafter, the next plan is to impeach Okezie. They believe that if Okezie is impeached, the case in court will be over. If on the other hand uche Ogah or Alex Otti wins in the supreme court, the assembly under Ikuku plans to impeach either of them in the same week they are sworn in using the Peter Obi example.

No matter how it turns out, the die is cast. The Ngwa man has taken his turn as Governor. It is time for Ochendo to take back his Greek gift. Our readers are advised to keep watching and reading this column, a lot is happening and there will be more to come. The time for the Ngwa people is over. If Ikuku’s plans work out, the Governor and the Speaker positions will be taken back from them.
Martin Azubuike impeached. Bishop Kennedy elected and sworn in as Speaker forced to resign within 24 hours. Ikuku to the speaker as prelude to impeachment of Okezie Ikpeazu.
